Salary: $14.33 to $16.13 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits

Location: All areas of Edmonton., Alberta (5 vacancies ) 

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable


Experience: Will train


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Hospital, Home care and visiting care agency, Home for the aged, Nursing or convalescent home


Specific Skills: Lift, turn or massage patients, Supervise patients' exercise routines, Bathe, dress and groom patients, Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher


Additional Skills: Serve meal trays and feed patients, Make beds and maintain patients' rooms


Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Tuberculosis test


Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Ability to distinguish between colours, Sound discrimination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling


Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
