Title: Military Medical assistant (supporting health services) - BILINGUAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate


Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years


Languages: Speak English, Speak French, Read English, Read French


Work Setting: Medical clinic


Therapy Assistant Specific Skills: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies


Pharmacy Assistant Specific Skills: Maintain prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products


Chiropractic Office Assistant Specific Skills: Order supplies and equipment, Assist chiropractor with physical examinations, Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments


Additional Skills: Maintain records and inventories of supplies, Clean and maintain equipment, Order supplies and equipment, Schedule appointments, Maintain inventory of equipment, Perform general clerical duties


Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Immunization records
