Salary: $13.00 to $18.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable


Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Pharmacy


Pharmacy Assistant Specific Skills: Assist health care professionals, Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products, Maintain prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products


Additional Skills: Maintain records and inventories of supplies, Clean and maintain equipment, Order supplies and equipment, Schedule appointments, Collect statistics, Maintain inventory of equipment, Perform general clerical duties
